The Challenge
A customer approached CSP Technologies with the need to outsource some of its bottle filling work. In doing up front research of contract packagers, the company found that some CPOs asked customers to pay for part of their Generic Drug User Free Amendments (GDUFA) fees.
The Solution
CSP Technologies doesn’t ask its customers to share in the expense of the GDUFA fee.
The Result
The customer was so satisfied with our packaging of their products, as well as our business policies, that it has awarded us additional new product lines and made CSP Technologies its primary contract packager. We look forward to continuing work on these new business endeavors.
